Every order placed is extremely important to us. We want our customers to feel fully satisfied throughout their entire experience with us. It's a small way we can say thank you for your order.
Our delivery days
Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Sunday, 7am to 9pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehand.
Delivery timelines
The delivery estimates quoted on this site are not guaranteed but can be used as reasonable expectation on when you should receive your order. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales. Please note that delivery estimates differ according to delivery location.

We offer free delivery to all standard mainland UK areas with an estimated lead-time quoted above.

Delivery times are between 7 am and 9 pm. Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery. Bed Creed is not responsible for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Deliveries to Scotland and South West England may have longer lead times and we estimate up to an additional 4 weeks for some areas.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland and Channel Islands
Considering access
It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.
It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route our delivery team will take to get it there.
If you have any tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways or any other access related concerns, please email us to discuss.
Receiving your order
Your order will be scheduled for delivery once we have confirmed your order with you.
You will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss a delivery day & availability in your local area and your availability to receive the order.
Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture.
Delivery checks
Every piece of furniture sent out undergoes a rigorous quality assessment and is also re-checked against your order specifications.
Damage or inaccuracies are infrequent but can happen, so we ask that you check your products over after our team have unwrapped and assembled your handmade items. You will be asked to confirm and sign that you have taken receipt of products in excellent condition and according to your specification.
If you're not 100% happy when you inspect them, let our delivery team know or contact us so that we can immediately rectify the issue for you.

When space in bedrooms is limited, beds like the Maggie Divan Ottoman Storage Bed are the perfect solution to storage. The Maggie Divan Ottoman Storage Bed is fully upholstered in a high quality fabric that will look great in any bedroom. The headboard has a deep cubed design in matching fabric to the base.
The Maggie Divan Ottoman Storage Bed frame is constructed using premium quality materials. The frame is manufactured using a solid hardwood mix construction from plantation timbers. The frame is fully covered in a soft and luxurious fabric.
The large floating storage area is accessed at the foot end of the bed and lifts up using the assisted gas powered system. The lifting mechanism will support the weight of the mattress and base to allow easy access to the whole storage area. The base of the Maggie Divan Ottoman Storage Bed is of platform style that is ventilated to allow air flow to circulate around mattress. The platform base also stops any dust entering the storage area.
There is a maximum mattress weight of 55KG and it is strongly recommended to remove everything (other than bedding) from the bed when accessing the storage area.
